Um die negativen Folgen der Markenidentifikation von Verk\u00e4ufern in der Luxusbranche zu untersuchen, haben wir qualitative Studien durchgef\u00fchrt, einschlie\u00dflich Beobachtungen und Interviews mit Einzelhandelsmanagern, Verk\u00e4ufern und Verbrauchern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Einerseits und laut Managern weisen Vertriebsmitarbeiter mit Markenidentifikation einen hohen Widerstand gegen Ver\u00e4nderungen auf und erzeugen Markenverzerrungen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Auf der anderen Seite entwickeln Vertriebsmitarbeiter mit Markenidentifikation, insbesondere solche mit geringem Selbstvertrauen oder geringem Markenalter, einen Verkaufsansatz mit starker Markenorientierung, aber geringer Kundenorientierung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Bezug auf Verbraucher k\u00f6nnen Verk\u00e4ufer mit Markenidentifikation negative Wahrnehmungen erzeugen, insbesondere bei Kunden mit Marken- und Produktkenntnissen und bei Kunden, die
