Bisher hat jedoch keine Studie die Auswirkungen dieser Marken auf die Motivation und das Engagement von Verk\u00e4ufern f\u00fcr ihren eigenen Arbeitgeber untersucht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diese Studie, die auf umfangreichen qualitativen und quantitativen Untersuchungen basiert, zeigt, dass die Beziehungen von Verk\u00e4ufern zu ihren Handelsmarken einen Einfluss auf die Steigerung ihrer Verkaufsmotivation und ihres organisatorischen Engagements haben k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zu diesem Zweck identifiziert unsere Studie zun\u00e4chst die drei wichtigen Dimensionen der Beziehung zwischen Verk\u00e4ufer und Marke (Affekt, Vertrauen, wahrgenommene Kundenerkennung aufgrund der Marke) und entwickelt deren Ma\u00dfnahmen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au\u00dferdem, zeigen die Ergebnisse, dass die Beziehungen zwischen Verk\u00e4ufern und Marken, die zwischen den Mitarbeitern an der Front des Einzelhandels und der Eigenmarke der Einzelh\u00e4ndler bestehen, die Verkaufsmotivation und das feste Engagement stark beeinflussen, wobei die Klarheit der Rollen in Bezug auf die Erwartungen des Managements an die Verk\u00e4ufer moderiert wird.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=&#8220;No Line&#8220;
