Born and raised in Germany, I have been living in Paris for more than 25 years now.
I started my career in Paris, where I held strategic positions for major international players, and guided influential Top Managers from L’Oréal, Hermès, Four Seasons Hotels, Rolex, etc.
These encounters and experiences have allowed me to develop Change Management skills.
Additionally, the COVID crisis made me realize the importance of Relational Intelligence at work. Hard skills are no longer the skills that help to overcome a difficult period.
I hold a Marketing PhD, which I defended at Sorbonne Business School and HEC.
This qualification enabled me to become a Professor in Management & Marketing. Thus, I delivered related lectures within 10 leading Business Schools & Universities
– Audencia, ESSEC, Science Pro Paris, etc – in Europe, Asia, America, Middle East.
In addition to her career in Teaching & Consulting, I am the author of several top-ranking articles.
My latest book, “Luxury Sales Force Management: Strategies for Winning Over Your Brand Ambassadors” has become a resource for influential leaders in international organizations.
I am a Certified Coach (John Maxwell Institute, USA) in various Behavioral & Motivational tools : DISC, Emotional Intelligence, WPMOT (Work Place Motivators), etc.
One of my main sources of inspiration is my 100+ trips and expeditions to the most extreme regions of the world - Kenya, Nepal... I had the chance to observe authentic tribes, like the famous researcher Jane Goodall who I had the opportunity to meet once during my career.
Another source that has shaped my work comes from the high-level gymnastics, which I had been practicing for 16 years.
My values : tenacity, precision, excellence and team spirit.
